Jeff oversees the day-to-day activities of Wing Capital, having done so since the founding of the firm in 2008. Since 1990, Jeff has served in leadership roles of various businesses and industries, from healthcare equipment to OEM component parts. Jeff has demonstrated an ability to assemble and lead energetic management teams. He previously served as President and CEO of Main Street Industries, a privately-held diversified holding company of manufacturing companies and COO of Image Printing Systems, Inc. Prior to 1990, Jeff worked in commercial banking at M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank (now BMO Harris Bank). When you combine his diverse operating experience with his finance background, Jeff sees the whole picture. Jeff continues to serve on the boards of several privately held companies.
Ralf is a retired Partner of Foley & Lardner LLP and was Chairman and CEO of Foley from 2002 to 2011. He specialized in U.S. and international mergers, acquisitions and complex business transactions. He has served on the boards of several U.S. and European multinational companies.
Since 1989, Dave has acquired, operated and sold privately owned manufacturing and service businesses. Insights gained through hands on management of the business sale process provides practical experience in understanding seller concerns. Prior to 1989, Dave served as Managing Partner of the Price Waterhouse Milwaukee office. He has served on the boards of several private and publicly held companies.
Peter is a Senior Partner with Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., where he specializes in mergers, acquisitions, financing and succession planning for private and public businesses and their executives. He has served on the boards of numerous private and publicly held companies.
Leveraging his experience in various disciplines, including new product development, marketing, operations and engineering, Gerry brings a history of developing and aligning teams to perform at extremely high levels. Gerry is the President & CEO of KMC where he has led the company to significant growth in the metal fabrication industry. He formerly was the COO at Main Street Industries, where he led teams that launched over 25 new products within the medical/dental industry, as well as led the process to acquire and integrate various acquisitions into Main Street’s portfolio companies. He has also worked at Arthur Andersen in the audit and business advisory division.
