Having served 18 years in leadership roles of various businesses and industries, from health care equipment to OEM component parts, Jeff has demonstrated an ability to assemble and lead energetic management teams. He has previously served as the President and CEO of Main Street Industries, a privately-held diversified holding company of manufacturing companies, COO of Image Printing Systems, Inc., and worked in commercial banking at M&I Bank. When you combine his diverse operating experience with eight years of commercial bank financing background, Jeff sees the whole picture.

Leveraging his experience in various disciplines, including new product development, marketing, operations and engineering, Gerry brings a history of developing and aligning teams to perform at extremely high levels. Gerry was the COO at Main Street Industries, where he led teams that launched over 25 new products within the medical/dental industry, as well as led the process to acquire and integrate various acquisitions into Main Street’s portfolio companies. He also has worked at Arthur Andersen in the audit and business advisory division.
